The Fall of Fergal, Or, Not So Dingly in the Dell by Philip Ardagh - USED

The very last words heard by young Fergal McNally were: 'Don't lean out that window!' After the tragic ending of young Fergal's life we travel back in time to hear the whole story. The McNally family, consisting of five freckly siblings, decide to accompany LeFay McNally to the Tap 'n' Type typing competition at the Dell Hotel. Whilst staying there they meet a host of bizarre characters like Charlie 'Twinkle Toes' Tweedy, the house detective, and Mr. Peach, a ventriloquist with a conveniently large moustache.
