Book Condition
How do you describe the condition of your books?
Every title in our store is graded either New or Used.
- New — unread, with no markings, creases, or wear. Exactly as it left the publisher.
- Used — a pre-loved copy that has been read. Used books may show signs of a previous life: a gentle crease on the spine, light page yellowing, or a previous owner's name on the inside cover. Each copy is individually checked — we only stock used books we'd be happy to read ourselves.
The condition grade is displayed on every product page so you always know what you're getting before you buy.
Shipping
Where do you ship from, and how long will delivery take?
We ship Australia-wide from our store in Dubbo, NSW. Once your order is dispatched you can expect:
- Standard shipping — typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping — typically 1–3 business days.
Remote and regional addresses may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
What are the shipping costs?
- Standard shipping — $12.00 AUD
- Express shipping — $15.00 AUD
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $60.00 AUD
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes — local pickup is available from our Dubbo store at no charge. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we'll notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy for used books?
We want you to love every book you receive. If your order arrives damaged, is significantly not as described, or is the wrong title, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Because each used book is a unique physical item, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on pre-loved copies — but if something isn't right, we always want to hear from you.

Finding a Title
How do I search for a specific book?
Use the search bar at the top of any page — search by title, author, or ISBN for the fastest results. You can also browse by genre using the navigation menu to discover titles you might not have been looking for but won't be able to leave without.
