Free Australia-Wide Shipping Offer We offer Free Standard Shipping across Australia for orders that meet or exceed our currently advertised free shipping threshold (e.g., $60 AUD).
- How it works: No promo code is required. Once your cart total reaches the advertised threshold, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout.
- Currency & Exclusions: All order amounts are calculated in AUD. Please note that the threshold applies to physical products only. The purchase of digital Gift Cards does not count toward the free shipping total, as they are delivered instantly via email for free. The required total must also be met after any discount codes are applied.
Shipment Confirmation You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes The Book Connection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
