Never Underestimate a Woman, is the story of Heather Cameron’s life, living on an isolated farm in outback NSW, where she experienced domestic violence; her mother was beaten up on a regular basis. She moved to town and learned a new way of life.
Heather started a serious relationship at the age of 16, then worked for 3 years in the shearing sheds and bought a large rural farm, then becoming shearing contractors continued to run both the farm and shearing team for a further 7 years. She learned to operate heavy machinery, run the farm alone, and demonstrates her love and care for animals. Her passion for the land is beyond belief, and her list of skills is endless. And this is only Part 1 of her story.
A very inspiring read.
